By placing an Order you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at 18 years old or over and that the individual who meets the Driver on delivery of the Order is 18 years old or older and has permission from the purchaser to receive the alcohol.

 

Proof of purchase will be required when delivering alcohol

 

We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any alcohol to any person who does not appear or cannot prove to be 18 years old or more .We also reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any alcohol to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of  Alcohol or drugs.
