We also guarantee a production date which is on the label so please consume within 3 days of opening the vacuumed item....

All our ready to eat dishes come with a removable lid which can be used also in the oven/ microwave.

How We Do It, Contactless Covid-19 updates

Contactless Delivery & Covid-19 details.
In line with Government guidelines and to ensure the health & safety of our clients and staff we have had to enforce the following measures:
-The "cash on delivery" feature has temporarily been disabled to allow drivers the ability to deliver whilst adhering to the social distancing measures now in place.
-We have reduced the minimum order value to £20.00 and our delivery fees can be found on our deliveries page.
Set at £5.00 below £20.00.
-We offer FREE next working day delivery service for orders over £20 subject to delivery area and order size and to ensure we can continue to provide this service we can only send orders that have been received before the
5pm cut off time.
We offer a 7 day a week delivery service.
-Drivers will only leave goods at the doorsteps or outside flats, Offices or apartments and cannot enter any premises, We must maintain a 2 meter distance from our customers at all times.
-We reserve the right to issue refunds to anyone suspected of over ordering, please stick to what you need as we want to be able to supply all of you.
-Stock lines and availability are monitored on a daily basis, so please check back regularly to ensure out of stock products are re-stocked.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order for delivery is £20.00 FREE for Pickup at Cinq
Delivery is free for orders over £20 and a flat fee of £5 is added to orders of
under - £20
Do you offer deliveries outside of London?
Yes... Only Kent and Sussex at the moment. Other areas in the UK are available please contact on Tel 0207 403 4070 for a quote or confirmation
Most of our products as vacuumed
packed so can be posted using Royal Mail Service or DPD.
